Return & Refund Policy
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order once you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can investigate and resolve any issues.
However, a product is not eligible for return or exchange if damages have been reported 3 days after the delivery has been completed and inspected. If purchased product has to be exchanged, the cost of returning the original product is to be borne by the customer.
Non-returnable items
Customized products cannot be returned. We also, do not accept returns if the customer finds the dimensions doesn’t fit their space.
It is important that you make sure that before placing a order, you go through the dimensions and product description mentioned on the website.
Exchanges
91 degrees does not offer any exchanges on furniture items. Please contact customer support for further information.
Refunds
As soon as we’ve received and reviewed your claim, we’ll let you know whether it was accepted or denied. If accepted, customer service will get in touch with you and plan the next steps.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation on customized products is not available. Once an item has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. For custom and special order items, cancellation is only possible within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, custom and special orders cannot be cancelled.
